IMO, the word fandom would be better to be replaced with wiki regardless of the final output. Because we're a wiki site on a wiki farm on the MediaWiki engine. «fandom» doesn't suit in this context.
I agree with LuffyRuffy. I'd alter the rules this way:
The wiki and forum is a predominantly English-language platform, and all users are expected to communicate in English. Exceptions may be made for scans or other visual materials, but in such cases, a translation must be provided in English...
I can confirm: I made a couple Turkish translation requests for Turkish verses, one of which was on a Turkish movie and posted in the translation requests thread a year ago. Even before that, I had requested a translation for a short Italian cartoon.

Hi, I've just checked your profile. Here's what I want to mention:
The «level» in the AP/Dura/SS sections is never capitalised. You must always write «Wall level» instead.
«Reactions» must be replaced with «reaction speed». Check out the Common Editing Mistakes page.
I'm not particularly sure...
I can recall Tabaluga and Maya the Bee: they are pretty well-known German verses world-wide.
While I realize why Japanese, Chinese, and Korean are in high demand here, I do believe that ignoring our international members' efforts to add characters from their homeland verses, which also...

Just found an old translation blog for an Italian comicbook. While the audience of such profiles isn't as broad, if the translation isn't that bad (i.e. better than what would result in a machine translator) and the...
Because these three are the most requested ones by non-speakers. However, we also have members who enjoy adding/improving verses that are originally in their native language. In that particular case, they translate stuff by themselves when they encounter non-visual feats. I believe that this...
