    Why Classic Rogue kinda bad tho? Is there a better scan to use as evidence for her energy manip powers? A machine simply nerfing her "energy powers" is kinda vague.

    Disagree with base Boboiboy scaling to Jugglenut. He was fluctuating between base and Thunderstorm and even then he was still getting casually swatted so I doubt he should scale to Jugglenut fully. The resistance to gas manip should be resistance to sleep manip instead. Everything else is fine.
