Can't really help you with that right now, I'm busy. Best to ask someone else.
Note: In Chapter 374, Meryl's newscast is labeled as the Midnight news. Meaning it's at least 12:00 AM in Washington, which is PDT.
That is 4:00 PM in Japan.
Her landing those hits aren't relevant to the scaling. Also Izuku is Speed of Light, she isn't on par with him. Obviously he's faster than Toga.
The main value is the High-End scaling, and it's only an At most rating.
Just to note that Tomura's Quirk isn't decay/corrosion.
It's deconstruction, as it's Overhaul but without the ability to reassemble what it destroys. Corrosion Inducement will be removed from his profile in the future.
Not throwing my hat into whatever is happening here, just making that clear.
Just to note what they posted doesn't even cover the majority of Issei's fights. That's only a tiny fraction of "evidence". Though, him boosting like that isn't really evidence in of itself. He'd need actual showings along with those statements, with little or no inconsistences at all.
Um, if...
We have two explosion formulas that can be used.
And the results don't get anywhere close to what you have.
((0.02231644/0.28)^3)/1000 = 5.06291519e-7 or 0.506291519 Tons of TNT (0.25314576 Tons of TNT when split in half)
22.31644^3*((27136*1.37895+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2 = 0.8932 Tons...
Pretty sure you can't multiply the results like that for durability/withstanding.
Taking a constant assault of 5.655825E17 Joules would only be 5.655825E17 Joules per second.
You just have to be durable/resistant enough to withstand 5.655825E17 Joules without any damage.
Can't comment anymore...
Not certain, the note was placed because of this thread and there was no real discussion on it.
I could be wrong, maybe I'm missing something here, but it's kind of a sloppy CRT.
And as I said, I don't know if the note is even valid myself as it gives no examples and I haven't read far enough...
