Assuming it did cross the distance between them in 1 second (and we have no real reason to assume it would take any less than that), that would net it less than Mach 12.
No offense is intended to anyone reading this, but would you say that there is any kind of truth to be found... in the Ancient Greek Pantheon for example?

If we've got 2 votes for 2-C, 2 votes against 2-C and 1 vote for "Likely 2-C", then one compromise solution for this would be to go for "Likely 2-C" if we don't end up recieving more staff votes.
An example of what I'd consider to be a viable "same instance" would be Pain dodging Naruto's Rasenshuriken (Ch. 442) which is accepted on the verse page and is allowed under this line of our standards:

I also disagree with this. Vilgax seemed to be badly damaged before Ben kicked him, and Ben doesn't necessarily need Moon level AP to knock his body back.

My position is that the calc of Garou blitzing Platinum Sperm is calc stacking.
The basis of the calc appears to be taking an interpretation of this line in our Calc Stacking standards:
Using speed of characters or attacks calculated at other instances can't be used, as characters and attacks...
Personally I don't see how there's any way we can safely assume that Star and Stripe dodged the radio waves themselves as opposed to just the air cannon.
But I know I'm majorly outvoted on that point.
Was there ever any doubt of that? Saitama's speed would have to grow alongside his rising strength. It's not like he was FTL when he was an ordinary salaryman.
