Aiight, just a brief question.
Say an attack (like a beam or somethin’) was described to move at speeds “exceeding the flow of time”, and then it is further explained that moving through nonlinear time (or in an alternate case, moving outside of the flow of time) is the only way to avoid it. Would the speed of the attack be immeasurable? And what of the opponent evading it?
(Either way, I’m aware this is just reaction & combat speed at best)
