Fixing and adding some things:

1) Tim should have "9-C with knife", since he used one during the final fight with Alex.
2) All characters should lose their speed and LS of "Athletic Human", since there is no justification for those levels and none of them have demonstrated anything notable. The best LS feat I could find is when Tim carries Jessica on his shoulder (As soon as this is accepted, obviously the Operator's LS will drop to "At least Average Human", the only reason I put it as "Athletic Human" is because the characters currently have those levels).
3) Tim should have limited Technology Manipulation, it has been shown that he can affect recordings in the same way that The Operator does.
4) Brian should also have a range of "Hundreds of Meters with handgun" since he had Alex's gun in his possession.

Operator Profile Rewrite:

Because the Operator profile is quite old and lacks a lot of information, I have decided to rewrite it. I thank @Lonkitt , @Vyfourthaccount and @Scourge_8 for helping me do this.

If anyone asks what happened to Pocket Reality Manipulation, I failed to find absolutely any evidence to prove that The Operator created the Ark.

Pretty sure the calc Operator's base scales to would give him Superhuman Physical Characteristics as is, so you can switch that and remove it from the size manipulation sub section

Being stronger than an Average Human does not guarantee being an Athletic Human.
