i am confused though
rebirth wally is the same wally as pc wally

if superboy also got stronger (and can do stuff he couldnt previously) why does he not have a new page ? (go easy on me im still new)

I mean, does current Superboy have enough changes to his character to justify a new page?

Because current Wally is stronger, faster, has several abilities his PC self never had, and is important scaling for several characters, which is why he's given a new page.
