Punches her ONCE with 0 indications that it did much damage, and she later stands up normally after Lucifer puts her down.

It didn't "fly away" you can see she still held on to it after being punched, it only slipped from her hand after Adam lifted her up.

Difference is that Adam clearly reacted to the hit, show me where Charlie reacted? If she's supposedly weaker than Adam she would've clearly reacted more, while in Adam's example, he's way stronger but Alastor can harm him.
