    well it seems like very useful quirk so i dont understand why someone would give it away when they could use it against villan and get stronger unless there is something about the quirk that requires the user to transfer it otherwise why give it away.

    hey imagine if this quirk was put against all for one instead of trying to take the quirk he would just ignore the phantom HA! but then agin he might not even care for the phantom quirk either way cuz of his particular personality.
