Since they're bloodlusted and Accelerator's vector ability apparently doesn't work in stopped time, I'll vote for Zeref.

Isn't it obvious that this is a stomp? Accelerator cannot even kill Zeref due to his regen with Time Reversal, so he has no chance anyway even if we discount Zeref's timestop.

Accelerator at his best is High 6-A and Zeref is at his best High 6-C.

You do realize my comment is not a vote for Zeref, right? I'm saying that this match is a stomp since one of the sides can't win, so it should be closed.

I think it's pretty clear from my posts. Accelerator cannot win since he can't kill Zeref. Thus, even if Zeref didn't have a Time Stop ability that allows him to easily kill Accelerator, Accelerator has zero chances of winning.
