Anyway.

Shinnok is >12 Megatons to Dante's>>6 Megatons so about a 2x advantage.

In terms of versatility Dante wins out by a pretty wide margin in his variety of weapons both CQC and ranged.

The real kicker here though is Dante's Time Stop and Shinnoks sealing.

However, since Shinnoks sealing takes a small amount of time to pull Dante into the seal, Dante can Time Stop to get around it and slap Shinnok in said stop.

Since I find Dante's versatility to out weight Shinnoks sealing and AP. I think Dante takes this with Mid-Difficulty
