Lets see:

AP: Kafka is much stronger than Kikoru. Kikoru admitted to herself that she is inferior to Kaiju No. 9's Gamma duplicate, who is comparable to the pre-molt version that Kafka overpower and dominate easily, and said she needed Kafka's help to beat him.

Speed: Kafka is much faster tbh. Reasoning? Kikoru is Supersonic+ for being able to react to No. 9's projectiles which could tag Kaiju No. 8 casually. However, that was Kafka before he fought Soshiro. He adapted in his speed during the Soshiro fight, becoming able to block and redirect Soshiro's attacks when he couldn't before at the start of the fight. Not to mention, Kikoru said that she is inferior to 63% Soshiro and Kafka fought a much faster Soshiro at 92%.

LS: Kakfa takes it with his Class M in comparison to Kikoru's Class 5 (One day she will be Class M). And Kafka is willing to use it to stop his enemy in their tracks to disarm them

Other: Kikoru is clearly the better and skillful fighter of the two 100% but Kafka is no slouch and has shown able to fight and adapt to Soshiro, who is a far much skillful fighter than Kikoru so it wouldn't mean much. She does have Analytical Prediction and Accelerated Development (although Kafka has his own AD as well) to give herself a chance of staying in the game, so there's that. She also got large AoE bullets to fend him off as well although Conductor Rounds won't be effective given Kafka's Resistance to Electricity and Burst Rounds not effective since Regeneration.

Conclusion: Kafka got much more going for him with Kikoru's Accelerated Development and Analytical Prediction being what keeps her in the game much longer than she should have. She would put up a difficult fight but will eventually fall. So a vote for my boi Kafka
