Low Godly Question

This is the current Low Godly explanation.

Low-Godly: The ability to regenerate from the complete physical destruction of the user's body, instead restoring it from their disembodied consciousness, whether that be their soul, mind, some other non-physical aspect of themself, esoteric or metaphysical energy, or something else.

My question is if restoring your body from something else is needed. If you regenerate or resurrect your body from complete destruction, but its never said how. Would it still be Low Godly and would you assume your regenerating or resurrecting from something? Furthermore, for any regeneration or resurrection low godly and above, do you need a tether to come back from. Like how low godly seemingly needs a non-physical aspect.
