Nothing that Optimus do can damage Megs, because energy absorption and attack reflection lolnopes

Besides, Megs has a ton of haxs at his disposal and he can just blitz optimus

But regardless, I believe Mega Man should take this with little difficulty. Optimus' mere energy weapons and melee weapons pale in comparison to Mega Man's AZ, black holes, space-time manipulation and the rest of his vast arsenal. Also, Mega Man has shields and attack reflection to counter Optimus' attacks while his small size alone would make it difficult for Optimus to track him (unless Optimus has dealt with small enemies before), especially when Mega Man whips out the Double Gear System to increase his AP and speed.

Optimus' only advantages are precog, but how potent is it? Additionally, how does is telekinesis and resurrection work?

If Optimus has the Matrix and is bloodlusted, he may just erase Mega Man from existence. Since Mega Man is also bloodlusted, he counts as an "evil" character, thus allowing Optimus to erase him.
