Jason is the son of the god of lightning. Of course he managed to deflect it. Later on, however, he's unable to even react to a bullet being shot at him from very far away. Clearly not high hypersonic, and this puts everyone else lower on the speed scale, too. In general, they're being placed too high. Hell, if they were fast enough to dodge lightning, they wouldn't still be using bows and arrows as weapons, as they would be useless. Hazel's feat of destroying an island has never been replicated, and she's barely even city block level after that. It's already known that gods sometimes interfere with the lives of demigods without them knowing it (Hera helped Percy kill Geryon without him knowing it, Apollo often spends time with mortals, the Three Fates are on the side of the Olympians etc). They are nowhere near island level, and most of them should only be around 7C (Went and scaled them to Esdeath, who is far superior to every single demigod we've seen, with the possible exception of Nico Di Angelo). Most importantly, Percy's feat of holding up the sky holds 0 weight, since we have absolutely 0 clue how heavy the "sky" is. We know it can bring a titan to his knees, but the titans (bar Kronos) are also ranked far too high. Atlas was only slightly superior to Artemis when she wasn't in her true form. The titans aren't even said to have these 'true forms'. If they did, they'd be using them, as they don't care about mortals at all. Every titan bar Kronos should be knocked down to tier 7, but higher than the demigods who are being de-ranked. Oh, and Clarisse is way above an average demigod. Not all of them can slay that drakon. Hell, most of them can't even beat an empousa.

I agree that the Demigods are ranked too highly in terms of speed. They should be ranked as Subsonic+ or Combat Speed and Transonic for Reaction Speed at the most.

Percy at 14 was able to deflect a bullet fired from a Smith & Wesson M&P (which has a muzzle velocity of 370m/s) from a few feet away. This would mean that Percy's reaction speed at 14 was between 0.01 - 0.003 seconds (given that the skeletal warrior was standng between 3 - 16 feet away from Percy when he fired). This would put his reaction speed at Transonic at the absolute fastest. Sure he could've gotten faster since then (as he is now canonically 17) but we have no other feats (to my knowlege) to back this up.

Additionally, Percy and Jason were able to appear FTE to Piper when they fought in MoA. This would put both of their combat speeds at around Subsonic. Since Piper is a Demigod (meaning she possess enhanced senses) you could argue that they could've been fighting faster, putting their combat speed at Subsonic+ at the absolute fastest.

As for travel speed we're never really shown any good travel speed feats, except for a few unqunatifiable FTE and Superhuman feats (SoS, TTC).

As for Hazel, while you are right that she has never pulled off anything as impressive as sinking an island again, she's higher than city block level, by how much is debatable. As for gods helping out Demigods achieve some of their more impressive feats, while its a good headcanon, we have no proof of this.

Why is Nico your only possible excpetion to every Demigod being inferior to Esdeath? I'm guessing it has to do with that 'splitting the earth all the way to hades' feat.

Yes, the 'lifitng' the sky feat is not, in fact, a lifting feat. We were told repeatedly in TTC that it was a feat of will, not strength and even if Percy, Annabeth and Luke actually lifted the sky (as in the atmoshere) it would be a gross outlier.

No, Titans do have a True Godly form. Kronos was going to unleash his after destorying Olympus which would then restore all the other Titans to their True Godly form. I have an headcanon as to why the Titans no longer have access to their True Godly forms as it was never explained (to my knowlege) in the books, but at the end of the day a headcanon, no matter how much it makes sense is still just that, a headcanon.

Clarisse was the Daughter of Ares, the Drakon was destined to be killed the a Child of Ares. That's why Kronos unleashed it because the spy told him that the children of Ares weren't with the rest of the camp's forces. That's why nobody else could kill it. Not because all the other Demigods were too weak, not because Clarisse was that much stronger than the other Demigods, but because it was destined to be killed by a Child of Ares i.e Clarisse.
