Being crushed is kinda ambiguos, although at least Low-Mid assuming it didn't crush the head sounds good.

Broken bones, ripped muscles, teared internal organs and internal bleedings if the weight fall over the center of mass of the person. Only limbs being crushed would be High-Low, and at worst it would be that thencharacter is reduced to a puddle of blood (that is Low-High).
