If I remember correctly, it rollbacks an edit on a page. Thats about it. Its only use is to quickly remove vandalism.

It may seem usless as we have a bot but while bots work more efficiently than humans, humans also can see when something is ****** up better than a bot can see. Loke for example category spam that the bot doesn't see as too much. Also, if the bot needed disabling, then a rollback could step in.

Yeah Rollback is better than regular user but not better than mods well at least it undos vandalism quicker than regular users

Rollback is basically just regular user requiem.

A bot can also undo vandalism, but bots also need to know what the difference between vandalism and a page thats empty as a joke. Thats basically the usefulness of a rollback.
