He's a good entertainer. Nothing more. Some things he say are true, but most of his reasonings are flawed. The end.

He's not a good source of information. He can sometimes make good points but he heavily exaggerates feats and has a bad tendency of claiming feats by extrapolating. He also, honestly, isn't any good at debating.
As Calaca said, Seth is a decent entertainer but I wouldn't consider him an even remotely serious source.

a bit too cocky but he has made some decent videos.
and his style of debating isn't the worse. More in the middle ground imo.
Though he's more on the wanking side of scaling for some series and takes guide books for its word.
Momoshiki being solar system level according to him. lol
But his db videos I agree with for the most part. Seeing as he seems to know quite a bit about it.
