Name: Neron, The Limbo Essence

Backstory: The Demon king of the tenth hell, who tries to control the world.

Verses: Devil may cry (PlsPls original Mundus) and marvel (preferably Amora, The Enchantress)

Powers:

Silver Surfer's Absorption, Regeneration and Enhanced Senses

Drach'break: it is the personal sword of Neron, created from his old angel wings after becoming a Demon King.

The sword is deadly because of its ability to tear and cut the structure of the Being, after hitting his enemy slowly absorbing its Life force, biological energy, mind and magic, this is more powerful and faster against characters with different types of magic, in addition to causing Degeneration (The user can affect the process of healing a target and modifying it to make afflictions/injuries worse. Targets with enhanced recovery capabilities have their power invested to worsen physical conditions by increasing the severity of existing wounds, firming old afflictions, and worsening a naturally healthy state), destroy Quantum bonds and Corrosion at the planck level as an independent effect

It falling as High isn't for you to decide.

And it might not due to the sword also being a daemon with Mid-Godly and Type 8.
 
I feel like the potential of that happening might alone be enough to disallow it.

It's not impossible to find a weapon that doesn't also have the ability to spawn unkillable monstrosities.

    • Immortal Essence: Quasi-divine beings are incredibly resiliant, as they able to act even when broken down to the quantic level, while their souls and minds are able to fuction even when reduced to a similar level.
    • Divine Power: Quasi-Divine beings can massivelly all their stats [Counts as trasformation because it becomes integrated with the Magi girl transformation :V]
    • Divine Authority: Quasi-Divine being's powers cannot be altered, nullified or generally messed with, nor can they be Analyzed normally.
    • Divine Barrier: Passive protection, can be expanded to protect others
    • Divine Knolage: Omniscan.
  • The Miracle of Shape: Everything in the universe has a fundamental structure to it, a fundamental form that grants it shape, some may call it the "blueprints" of creation. By using this underlying concept, Sophia can restore beings and things back to their proper shape to repair any damage or harm, heal desises, restore life and revert any alteration. Furtermore, it works off the principles of Quantum, Soul and Mind recostruction, each of said part can be fixed as long as even the smallest fraction of them still exists. Furthermore, this allows the user to reshape matter in general, though oddly this aspect doesn't work on living beings.

you know, Edw can restrict immortality.

also The sword cannot create other daemons, only that it can take the form of multiple things iirc.
 
Ed doesn't like restricting important elements of something.

It being unkillable being its whole entire deal.

Just make a custom power version of it that doesn't have the risk of unkillable daemon.

Mundus (No Space/Time manipulation. (Turning other PCs into demons/monsters against their will violates the control rule. There should be a common rule about this but idk how to word it so I'll just say it here.)) and Blackheart (Base key)

The Enchantress has none of her stuff explained so I can't really judge how ok she is.

Natz (No black holes, death manip, time stop, power null or probability manip) and Holy Mami (No Reality Warping, Abstract Existence, Type 8 Immortality or witch/rumor power null)

You know the drill, add yourself to the sandbox and appear 20 feet up by any player or in Central Park

also the energy of the demon world can only be used by argosax and Alternative timeline mundus (aka void mundus), mundus cannot manipulate it

Just to avoid confusion you do have Original Timeline Mundus, I was just told that he likely also has those passives on the Discord and decided to restrict them just in case. I forgot to specify and should have been clearer about that in general. Sorry.

Hax level is the same, slightly more lenient but not to a very noticeable degree.

Everyone is 8-A and High Hypersonic

Might change the amp caps but not sure yet

Star Wars, preferably Legends Palpatine with Deadly Sight, Pyrokinesis, Force Stasis/Stasis Field, a few uses of TK and Force Storm restricted

Powers:

Emptiness: The power of one who has lost everything and has nothing. A step towards the void. This ability makes Kusanagi utterly and completely impossible to be detected, analyzed or otherwise observed through any supernatural means, no matter the amount of resistances these means might bypass or what its potency might be. She can only be witnessed by normal senses. As Emptiness, her abilities, including the weapons and attacks she creates, cannot be changed, interfered with or nullified in any way. She has no past or future, as her existence is solely in that moment to all others but herself and her abilities. The potency of her abilities related to the destruction of anything is greatly raised, bypassing resistances further, ensuring they work no matter what, regardless of the amount and potency of these resistances, and regardless of their resistance to having resistances bypassed. As Emptiness, she can freely appear in any location of her choice, as Emptiness is found anywhere, she cannot use this to appear inside of living beings however. Her nature itself becomes Emptiness, as such, anyone that attempts to partake of her or her powers will only find themselves drained. The Emptiness naturally greatly reduces damage dealt to her, though does not outright prevent it. Additionally, she gains the ability to expunge aspects of herself, temporarily disabling them in some way. This can do a variety of things, such as expunging her mind to allow her to act on instinct, expunging her weakness to temporarily boost her stats, and the like, this expunging is solely limited to her. Using it to boost one's parameters only lasts for 10 seconds, other things can be expunged for longer
(Resistance to any and all analysis, clairvoyance, etc with enough layers that no one can have it work on her. Resistance to Powernull, Mod, etc. Type 2 Acausality, but only in relation to everyone else. Additional Resistance Neg/bypassing on all destruction related abilities (Concept beam, cutting, etc), weird resistance to Absorption, Teleportation, Damage Reduction, Instinctive Reaction, Stat Amping and a few other potential things that expunging does)

Sword Singer abilities with Pankratosword and striking before the attack restricted, see link for list of what it does

Occult Source: Ascension: The Occult Source increase its effectiveness, developing empowerment to its previous abilities.
•Contructs such as automatons and weapons are more durable.
•The healing is increased (High level) and became passive.
•Portals can be opened more faster and can only be closed by the caster
•The range of the perception of souls is increased (max range allowed) and can perceive their nature and even those without souls by a resounding caused to beings possessing souls.
•The Occult Source is now capable of recharge other forms of energies.

Master of Metamagic: With this ability, Ghelet can modify his own spell in various manners such as modifying specific parts of the casting, property, increasing or decreasing the time in which they lasts or are effective, increase their strength, range and pierce through elemental and magical resistances.

Verses: I trust the GM choice

Black Goku's Sickle of Sorrow

Dark Aether: Like any lord of hell Neron has control of the Dark forces of the cosmos which allows him these powers.

*I Need: the ability to create or alter anything soulless(It does not work in people who can be considered alive) at its deepest level (Planck Level Matter hax)

*One-Shot: 100x amplifier for 10 seconds

*Hell breaker: stops regeneration(High: planck level) for 10 seconds although it only activates once a day

*Unknown: the body of the HellLords is made of a unique substance that does not seem to follow the laws of science, Matter, time or Causality, lacking a Soul

Vom GlĂĽck Verlassen: An ability that allows Lailah to roll a die, and apply a random curse to her target depending on the number rolled. The effect list is found here. As a secondary effect of this power, Lailah's curses are additionally able to penetrate defenses and resistances

Replacing The Gamer with Puella Magi Verse (Preferably Sayaka Miki)

And replacing Witch Physiology with a Custom Power:

Pure Element: The evolution of Kiara's powers over the five elements, taking it a step further than she could beforehand. It gives her access to a myriad of new abilities that can be split into two categories:
  • Quintessence: The fifth element that stands above Water, Earth, Fire, and Air, and is the source of energy and magic across the entire cosmos. While Kiara has tapped into this before with her Psychic Barrier, she can now utilize it to a much greater degree. Quintessence gives Kiara a high level of energy manipulation, allowing her to fire bolts of energy, create elaborate constructs, absorb energy to heal and charge herself, and empower others. She can control different types of energy such as heat, solar, electrical, and kinetic, and her control is precise enough that she can unravel enemy abilities if they are based in energy, such as magical barriers and projectiles. Kiara can only drain energy from people through touch. By energizing herself, she can multiply her statistics exponentially (to the cap) for 10 seconds.
  • Understanding: The combination of the four elements of Water, Earth, Fire, and Wind. Having gained mastery of these four elements, Kiara is now capable of manipulating matter down to the Macro-Quantum level. She can use this to change the fundamental structure of any inorganic object, turning it into whatever she wants, as well as being able to create matter out of thin air. Most importantly, Kiara's control of matter extends to her own body, allowing her to shapeshift into any form she wishes, and regenerate from any damage as long as she has enough matter nearby to do so. Kiara cannot transmute PCs or their belongings, but she could transmute constructs such as earth and ice that they attack her with.
