Doesn't Tanjiro have passive fear aura that causes really bad bleeding, and has speed amps + precog. The only Kikoru has going for her is Flash Freezing, but otherwise borderline stomp with Tanjiro being more than easily able to get past her defenses and kill her easy.

The passive fear aura is only ever shown effecting enemies notably weaker than them and has never fear haxed those stronger than them. Kikoru can kill Tanjiro in a few hits here, and if she decides to switch to her rifle mid fight and opts for burst rounds, if Tanjiro tries blocking the bullets, he will have a massive hole blown clean through him. (Or flash frozen if she uses the freezing rounds)

His only speed amp is the Waltz flash in this key which is a single technique but that does give him an edge along with his precog tho

Also it's not a matter of whether an opponent is "strong enough" to resist his Fear Aura, it's whether they can resist it. And right now I don't see why it shouldn't work on Kikoru, given that the people that the fear aura haven't affected are those with active resistances to it.

Considering that Tanjiro has multiple significant speed amps on top of reactive power level, precog, analytical perception and fear aura, I'm voting Tanjiro FRA

See-Through World also amps his speed and strength to a high degree alongside perception amp and precog

Wouldn’t he be constantly using the See-Through world in this key and due to the nature of speed equal it wouldn’t get to be an amp. The perception amp/slow mo vision would be maintained though.
See Through world isn’t really a strength amp either it just drastically improved Tanjiro’s technique

However regardless of Fear haxes or even whether See through world is a strength amp/physical speed amp after thinking about it more due to things like Precog, reactive power level and perception if Tanjiro wanted to be could just stall her out and just dodge until her suit overheats on her
Where she’d be extremely vulnerable for a long timeframe
