    So I made a CRT which talks about two worlds possibly having a separate multi-dimensional time as they are stated that have alternate timescapes. However after doing some more research I found out that there are two different definitions to timescape, which are 1 ones perception of time and 2 multiple dimension of time.     A timeloop is still going in the same temporal direction, it will just reset to a certain point. So it wouldn't be a Low 1-C feat. Though depending on the size of the fusion it could be Tier 2.
