As far as I can tell, Zricera heals by sitting… or laying… getting into a resting position, and the breath attack pretty much travels in a straight line where she aims it.

considering Xenomorph's regen is better than his healing by not much, but Zricera has something better than a spit of acid, the dino may take this!
Xeno's LS won't matter, Zricera will have an easier time dodging a spit than Xeno'll have dodging his BA.
we can maybe call Xeno's intelligence here to say he has a chance (Below Average>Animalistic) but giving my 2 cents here, i'm inclined towards the dino
