Rearranged the ap justification, her rank is a result of her Balemoon fire, so the harbinger superiority justification is last

I don't remember that being stated anywere. Also she can use Balemoon fire without the CoTWF form so it would still go under the AP of her base form

The form is a result of Balemoon Bloodfire it's still what placed her at that Rank.
The only difference between her base and that Transformation is the switch from her Vision to her Delusion and that was given to her on becoming the Knave.
I'm saying her rank is justified by her entire arsenal .
