he can reflect the killing intent of his opponents attack back onto them causing the end result which that intent had to be applied onto the opponent

This isn't true at all. SBA already states that they know that they are supposed to fight each other, and because of that, Luffy would have his Kenbun awareness active allowing him to be on guard.

How? Luffy isn't dumb to the point where he'd just goof off like that. Luffy still has speed amps and Haki to avoid Daemon's attacks. Plus they're speed equal, Daemon has no big, AoE attacks that Luffy can't just dodge regularly, especially since he has such a small body.

Luffy isn't stupid. Honestly, I consider bloodlusted Luffy weaker. Him "goofing around" is what powers him up.
