Kamui, Genjutsu could help thought.
This key of Rimuru can't think with his Soul, so Yeah he could be affected by Obito's Mind Hax.
Also, he could just BFR Rimuru to another dimension with Kamui, as this key (High 7-A) doesn't have any Space-time manipulation, dimensional travel or portal opening.
 
Genjutsu can help depending on what it does.

Rimuru does have dimensional travel, space-time manipulation and portal creation in this key.
 
What Genjutsu has he used and how quick is he to resort to Genjutsu? Because Rimuru has a multitude if abilities that can give him the win.

Could Rimuru's power null work on non Magic users?. Is pretty broken as is eye contact based.
Anyway, think that the technique needs to cancel the opponent's magicules something Obito doesn't have.

Yeah, but, if we count Rimuru's resistance to coercion and "Starved" from Demon Lord Gel as Mindhax, then yeah, Rimuru would pretty much resist Genjutsu. But I'm not really sure if those are Mind manipulation related.
 
Well regardless of whether Rimuru resists Genjutsu, he'd powernull Obito before that. Information analysis is one of his first moves and it's the first move of Great Sage, so he'll know about Obito's Genjutsu and powernull him.

Apart from his abilities, he would be able to null Obito's physical stats?, or just the abilities.

Well, Coercion is a mix of fear inducement, confusion and Sleep manip.
While "Starved" is a mix of Emphatic and Madness manipulation (type 2), I think type 2 was Mind related thought.
 
both sleep and type 2 affect the mind so if he resisted both it should give him mind resistance
