Speed Category

So, I was looking through the Speed category and noticed that the "Relativistic" section has a couple of errors.
Under the m/s column for Sub-Relativistic+, it has "14,989,621.4 - 1.499e+7", but both are the same thing; 5% light speed, the baseline.
This should be 29,979,245.8 m/s for the peak: 10% light speed, this needs to be applied to the the baseline for "Relativistic" as well.
