Speed unequal would mean he blitz everyone in in the tier since he's several hundred of billion of times the speed of light. He also start battle with open with layered thought base time-stop, absorption that suck right through his sister power (she resist Type 1 conceptual power absorb), and BFR.
I'm pretty sure he beat everyone below Ishtar even with speed equalized.

they do not have 110+ layer only 16 layers at max and that is for their higher tier key. At high 6A it is less than 10 which is below ergenverse guys passives

That still doesn't explain why Zhong yue and beats ergen and cradle, and how Ji ning beats cradle

The profiles (Cradle) didn't exist at the time when Zhong Yue and Ji Ning were added in the top. Also, no one bothered to make matches. So no one knows how Zhong Yue vs Cradle or how Ji Ning vs Cradles ends.
Zhong Yue is above Ergen as he got more useful hax in that tier compared to them, got better brain (computation), skills, and got some better instant attacks that will hurt them first. While now after I updated Meng Hao which is likely the strongest H 6-A of Ergen and he got a ton more abilities he still can't deal with the Yuan Shen of ZY and his instant Speed of Light attacks as his concept manipulation is not combat related.

Supernatural Willpower and the fact that someone like Horobi who can rallied many Humagear to just corrupt their own data into becoming Magear to kill all humankind out of nowhere are unable to talk Aruto into joining his causes.
