Again, gonna disagree as in my opinion, the forumula involves the usage of solar mass and energy as far as I am aware with the current accepted method, I thought we were using solar mass and energy to put a tier on said creation of a black hole that was just created out of nowhere or thin air.
In science, it is a fact that Black Holes are technically born out of stars which is well known in the scientific community at this time.
So in this case, it seems reasonable to assume a formula involving the usage of solar mass and energy provided by NASA, but I look into other sources regarding such matters such as this.
