@Damage3245 here agrees with removing downscaling, but prefers to use the baseline Earth destruction rather than the calc in the OP
@DarkDragonMedeus here agrees with some of the problems, but didn't gave a straight vote so far
@KingTempest didn't gave a concrete vote or thoughts about the OP specifically, he seems to be against using PL linearly tho, but i would suggest asking him again and not assume anything about his position
ask for either DarkDragon or Kingtempest to give their opinions again and we can solve this i say, as for the calculation of the Avarege DB planet in the OP, maybe a new thread would be better to cover that one given the size that this thread already has

That was already accepted in a thread before, no point in making another one for it
No only two from DDM and Maverick. Damage disagrees with using the average Planet calc (which is already accepted??) and King still hasn't given a concrete vote

How are you sure about that? If they were the same then how come Goku didn't just say "Kaio-ken" over "Kaio-ken x2" after using base Kaio-ken?
