I never recall anything like fate manip in Honkai in the first place

It did appear in events and what not, just not the main storyline itself other than some implications (like Kiana turning fate against HoS to beat her, as per HoS' statement "Was I fated to loose just because I was a herrscher?")

Actually, there is. The event "The Day You Vanished with the Stars", which is by far one of my favorite Events, revolve around the damaged Golem seeing Kongming as an error and modifying the Fate of the Bubble Universe to make sure that she would die no matter what happens.

I agree so much with this. I really like Himeko, but her coming back would have ruined her sacrifice and the entire character development of Kiana, so I'm happy she'll stay dead.

I read a theory that she might be someone from the Previous Era, mainly based on the new game mode that got introduced in 5.0, but I'm not really sure. It would be certainly cool if she was a MANTIS similiarly to Kevin and Fu Hua, but her character design remind me more of a Herrscher.

Yeah she’d have literally all of those abilities in that tab (Absolute wall of text)
She’d also get a extraordinary genius intelligence rating due to the reason core as she would’ve gained access to all of Bronya and Welts knowledge

More minor thing but I think all Herrschers should have power bestowal (Because I don’t think they have that listed) as they can give people their Herrscher cores as shown with Welt Joyce or literally the entire Everlasting flame short.

So regarding the debate about the Herrscher of Domination's power stealing ability; it seems like it was meant to only be used against other Herrschers, which was a specific adaptation of the Honkai against them. Shame.

Yeah, and it have some flaw like require the target to use the Herrscher power on them, can't use too many herrscher power or use full strength and risk to overload themself, and Mei point out the next flaw is can't steal the stronger

Tbh it's more like powers that aren't from one's self. The HoDom redirects the flow of power to themselves so they can use it.

Well, the Herrscher Core is a key that open a path to the place where Honkai Energy reside, and the energy flow to the body of the Herrscher, HoD just simply redirect that flow to them

In When Sparks Converge, Bronya can apparently float much faster than Kiana, who's superhuman, can run. It happened in a humourous and comedic moment and was depicted in a cartoonish chibi style, but it should be mostly canon since it's a flashback that Bronya had during a serious moment - that is, when she was watching Kiana become Flamscion, reminiscing back to that moment.
