Madoka is a type 5 acasual, Veldanava can't interact, and even if we assume that the two don't finish each other off, it would be a mismatch, which would result in their closure btw.
 
99% of matches are actually stomps if you don’t restrict the characters in one way of another. So not that difficult

If they didn't have permission, it should be closed outright. Regular CRTs can't change wiki standards.
