Unless the given profile is Tier 1/0, no. It will still undergo the usual inspection in Edit Patrolling but you can publish it yourself.

Same as usual. The bigger abilities are previously accepted ones and the new abilities are relatively minor.
  • Petrification, Plant Manipulation, Portal Creation, Psychometry, and Pressure Points are extremely minor abilities, at least in their scope of application in this specific case.
  • Purification is extremely clear that explained to the point of making it completely obvious, with regular namedrops and word-to-word explanation with the definition page, and the same goes for Preparation.
  • Physics Manipulation was already technically accepted before as it already exists in Rimuru's Resistance Tabber.
  • Rest are already accepted abilities simply given a better wording, more scans, and references to the scans.

2 staff have agreed and 48+ hours have passed since the last one, thus requesting the thread to be closed. 🙏
