Bump + edit. Put him above John EBG (aka Slap at #11, EBG at 12, and MHA folks at 13) because Slap would stomp in complete SBA with EBG along with a good portion of the tier but I digress.This guy for 7-C. Unfathomably ridiculous hax yet stalemated John EBG because of the damn location. Would arguably stomp on most of the folks in 7-C but I digress. Weakness? Can only use one glove at a time.

The Player is an unofficial name for the controllable character in the Roblox Game Slap Battles. Kratos (Power of Hope key) now has 10 layers of information (Type 2)/concept (Type 1)/mind/soul manip, power null, paralysis, absorption, and life/chaos manip and equivalent resistances. He also resists info/concept/space-time EE (baseline) and can turn into pure Soul Magic (info Type 2/CM Type 1) via Athena's powers.
I think he can move ahead of Sora.

If he can think, he can call out. Said time manipulation is a time rewind that stops anything but hyperspecific incap options... none of which Tenna has.

You pick a character who has no abilities/stats higher dimensional than his tier (anything from tier 10 to 3 is not smurf)
After that, you see his tier and compare him with other characters in that tier and see who is stronger

Basically, take the smurf list, but remove anything above that dimension level for the most part. This is a smurf by this thread's rules. This is not a smurf.

Thank you guys for your help but i don't think i'll add anything,the only verse that i'm a supporter of (without counting Undertale/Deltarune) is Extra's death but the verse is on its development stages and the tiers are very dowplayed because the feats haven't been calculated yet,also from what i saw Neo hargraves would stomp any character at the wall level tier which is his first key's tier and the only key i've fully read

He has high godly on cm and info2 while also having 40% resistence to everthing in the verse which is really weird,any way i said that because he has layred death manip which he can use with just his tought and is omnidirectional/doesn't travel and i didn't see layred resistence to death manip on the other's profiles

Balthasar Gelt sits on the throne of 9-B for a reason, and that reason is that not only is it basically impossible to hax him between counter spells and his wall of resistances, but if you do not resist having your everything transmutated into gold(Including Info 2 and CM1) you just get auto-incapped and lose to him immediately. And then he gets a brand new solid gold statue for his garden.

Hold up,Neo can actually win against that Gelt guy,he can revive himself 8 times and a aura slash is a speed blitz + one shot amp, not only that but he can just train in the Underworld and jump to his seccond key where he will speed blitz and one shot

Don't worry it is.
Also, every time he resurrects, those are still solid gold statues because it's on an Info 2/CM1 level. Plus, he's not blitzing shit, Gelt's combat speed is Superhuman and his reactions are MHS. And Speed Equal is a thing.
