Lemme change the battle theme real quick, because the only thing Dante will be fearing after this is done, is Him.

Ahzrak closes the gate to his Demon fortress, in order to fend off the slayer that's currently in Hell
Thyra states, that they've tried to invade his realm before, but were unsuccessful and couldn't break through to his fortress even with the usage of super weaponry, like the atlan's.
Rocket launcher acquired, most metal looking rocket launcher you can get, it looks more like a handheld 16th century cannon, than it does a rocket launcher.
Proceeds to walk up, and uses it to blow up hordes of demons with infernal chasm playing in the background as he stomps through them in order to progress through the demon fortress,
Walks through the front gate, and is met with Hell Cannon batteries, and a convoy of Demons guarding it. Swiftly destroys the commander, obliterates all the demons and continues with his objectives (destroying the Hell Cannon)
The theme that's ramping up throughout this mission, everytime you go into combat:
Demon formation ready to match the Slayer, with a shield formation, ranged units and stronger vanguard units like the Cyberdemon, that's just muscle on bone with them dwarfing the Slayer in stature.
Proceeds to fight against the cyberdemon in close combat, ripping it to shreds to the point where there's nearly no flesh left, just bone.
Cuts it's leg off with his shieldsaw, captain america style, and rips it's heart out of whatever remains of the Cyberdemons body.
Destroys the Hell Cannon battery by charging through it with his shield
Takes a damaged Atlan, makes it combat ready and uses it to rampage through Hell
Jumps down, with the first thing that goes up, being his building sized shock fists ready to throw hands with Titans.
Explodes a Cyclops Titan, with a shockwave uppercut
Aura jump of pure unit and destruction, bro made every demon in the vicinity shit it's pants with that earthquake.
Big ass Atlan sized super shotgun, the gun is literally as tall as skyscrapers, with the slugs being the size of a truck.
Completely obliterates a Titan with a single round, to the point where just a pile of meat with a limb is left.
Continues to fight with multiple other Titans, and obliters all of them one by one, you can literally see the pieces of limb and titan flying around the arena.
Arrives at the front of Prince Ahzrak's fortress alone, something which entire legions of Sentinel warriors, that are descendants of gods were incapable of doing.
Gets out of the Atlan, for no other reason outside of wanting to stomp Ahzrak on foot, man to man, without the usage of a big ass mech, and uses it as his red carpet.
Opens the gate that Ahzrak tried to close in the beginning, with a direct way to him now.
"Our time will come" Ahzrak fled his own castle, out of fear of the Slayer, knowing that he can't beat him even with his entire army present.
Leaves his little minions behind to get slaughtered in his stead
Rips an Agaddon Hunter to pieces
Sentinel facility under heavy attack from both Demons, and Cosmic forces
Thyra says that an unknown huge entity is attacking the Sentinel flying fortress, and requests air support.
The air support in question is just the Slayer, and requests his dragon mount to be made combat ready immediately.
Demons are blocking their air ships, and is yet again asking for the Slayer to be the air suppor, and that the station won't last much longer without his help.
His big ass battle scarred dragon arrives in pure aura style, bends it's head towards the Slayer as a sign of obedience
Destroys the massive eldritch tentacle coming from the invading Cosmic realm
Destroys another tentacle, that's big enough to wrap around a fortress that's as tall as a mountain

The Slayer arrives at the Spire of Nerathul, where an Old God is locked up from the Cosmic realm in order to rescue Thyra.
"Beneath the Northern Sea of Estvovia lies a colossal prison, forged by a long-forgotten covenant between Sentinels and Wraiths to subdue a cosmic being of unknown origin. Hidden from the world, the very seas were parted to construct a cage capable of containing the massive creature. How they managed to subdue it remains unknown, but legends speak of a weapon with a destructive scale beyond comprehension. The mysterious creature still lies in the center of this labyrinthine stronghold within a writhing cocoon, a slumbering titan awaiting the day of awakening."
First thing he meets is a legion of Demons, including Hell tanks, imps, zombies with plasma rifles, Arachnotrons with machine guns that fire hell Ammo, a Cyberdemon Hell Commander, Battle Hell Knights, Imps, Revenants and more. Instantly obliterates 10 of them, just by jumping down with the amount of energy released from doing so.
Faces a Komodo in battle with golden armor, meaning it's an Elite Komodo.
"The Komodo, towering behemoths of Hell's infernal legions, are a terrifying of raw power and murderous instinct. These monstrous warriors earned their place in Prince Ahzrak's chosen vanguard through the brutal trials of combat. Wielding their weapons with uncanny skill, the Komodo are as merciless as they are disciplined, striking fear into Hell's enemies and its denizens alike. Any sign of weakness -- friend or foe -- is met with swift, lethal violence. The Komodo embody the essence of destruction, an unstoppable force in the service of Hell's dark dominion."
Proceeds to curbstomp the Komodo Champion in combat, stomps it's head to the floor and cuts it off with his shieldsaw.
Serrat arrives, with pieces of demon being scattered among the battlefield after they got slaughtered.
Picks up an arm, and throws it to Serrat in order to feed him.
His dragon lands ontop of a Titan and is powerful enough to snap it's neck
Get's a weapon called the BFC, Ballistic Force Crossbow, which is empowered with Cosmic energy, uses it to blow up the prison / heart like structure that's keeping The Old One in stasis
Gets an entire entourage of demons to test the BFC on, obliterates them all with a single shot, with What Lies Below playing in the background.
Frees The Old One, a Lovecraftian Cthulhu like deity of the Cosmic realm, a humongous being thats hundreds of feet tall, and the only reason for him doing so is in order to use it as a means of transportation into the Cosmic realm.
Walks over to the edge with 0 haste, just farming aura, waiting for The Old One to beak out.
Jumps onto The Old One, and embeds his shieldsaw in it's skin in order to catch a free ride.

Pandora weapon delivers fireworks, treating these huge demons like bouncy balls. He fires a rocket which blasts them all into the air, flings a spinning blade through the crowd which comes back to him, shoots them with a machine gun, fires a barrage of target seeking missiles which zip around blasting the toads, and then he opens the case and the toads are apparently destroyed completely, no sign of them afterwards.
Gilgamesh weapon makes for awesome gloves and boots. Smashing the huge monolith with a one-inch punch and performing over the top martial arts moves. Launching the pieces of stone in the air, jumping up and kicking them in midair, stacking them on top and then karate chopping the whole pile taller than himself in half, all in two jumps. When he spins in the air the stones are bouncing of him, showing off his strength even further.
Lucifer weapon is world's coolest backpack. Bonus for so pointedly belittling a god. He destroys that wall, draws lots of weapons and flings them into the wall in a heart shape, spins around in midair flinging these blades, then poses nicely with a rose in his teeth and claps, detonating the blades and blasting the wall into a heart shape, then flinging the rose into the last blade to split the heart in two. Destroys a demonic item in a theatrical and showy fashion.
Trolls demon. Pretends to be lured in, drops to the ground casually to check out the view, then dodges the toad's attack without looking, casually jumps away and lands. Demon demands to know how he knew, and he remarks: "You can hide that body, but that smell? Phew! There's no covering up!" making it angry.
This giant demon yells "Insult me one more time and I will make you suffer more than you thought possible!", roaring load enough to blow Dante's coat upwards.
Dante pushes the coat back downwards and laughs, saying "I'd actually like to see you try that!". He's literally saying that to a giant toad demon.
Trolls another demon and kicks her seeds in a way that makes them bounce around each other and various objects and ultimately all fly into her face. Teases her and allows her to bite him only to force the giant mouth open and hop out. All with no signs of being bothered.
Totals demon gang; bonus for walking into a bar full of thugs and ordering a strawberry sundae. Takes the first guy down without looking, dodges the following up attack in a spinning dodge, tanks a demon biting him and shears it in half, stabs the bartender through the door without needing to see him. Turns his back and lets the demon lunge at him only to turn and blast the demon.
Wins a superhuman motorcycle race. Completely outdoes the biker in every regard, appears ahead of him during the time when the bikes turns his head, wins the race, saves the biker from himself and wins the fight for good measure. Awesome racing, outpaces the bike with nitrous oxide, destroys a bridge to stop the demon's sound hypnosis, accelerates his bike fast enough to heat up from friction and outruns the demon. Doesn't flinch when a whirring saw blade is in front of his face, beats this demon.
Schools a mad scientist at both of his own games: fancy talk and demonic power knowledge. Steps into that scientist's own scene and takes it over, literally upstages him and uses him as a background framing piece for himself, ridicules his entire experiment and worldview, wins the fight easily, has that scientist begging him for information, and shows such contempt as to not answer his questions. Shoots this guy after destroying his research notes, then takes a bow, references Shakespeare and shoots upwards to symbolise the fall of the curtain, the end of the scene.
Crowns a corporation-owning sorcerer the king of fools. Shoots him and sends him smashing through a thick stone wall.
Awesome entrance when he smashes through the glass roof, drops several metres from there onto the podium, lands smoothly, shoots a corrupt preacher in the face, and then stands up and turns to face the room with blood all over his face. The entire guard springs into action and attacks him, and he takes down the whole group of enemies in cool fashion. Blocks a slash from behind without looking and casually kicks the attacker flying, stabs a guy and spins him around, knocks the other guys over and flings the guy up to embed him in the ceiling. A guy attacks him from behind and Dante not only detects his attack coming but also strikes his swrd into the other guy's, sending him reeling away effortlessly. Tanks a kick to the face from Nero and then blocks two bullets from him, then lands on the statue, drops onto its hands and lands smoothly with his guns levelled at Nero. Whole fight scene with Nero is awesome, dodges all Nero's attacks early on, casually stands on a falling sword. Is trolling Nero the whole time. Strolls around with a sword in him, makes an awesome exit.
Ruler with a god complex and a skyscraper-sized mech doesn't get to look down at Dante, and Dante downs a large group of flying armoured enemies. Bonus for calling out Sanctus' superiority complex and his role as a corrupt preacher at once with his line "I didn't want you to get a creak in your neck from looking down at me.".
Saves Nero and returns his inheritance at the same time; Savior didn't like eating that. Dodges away from the huge hand an starts shooting midair. Shoots a bullet into the hilt of the Yamato while it is stuck in a moving target, then stacks another bullet on top of that bullet, then another on that one, then repeats the process another five times for a total of eight bullets stacked on top of each other on a sword hilt all shot from midair while the sword is stuck in a moving target. Bonus for being the cool uncle who lets his nephew finish his own battle.
Saves Trish in flashy fashion. Bonus for slashing the armour that much and not harming Trish. He catches her as she falls out, saves her, and takes her to a safe place. He jokes that he took in her outfit a little too much, then makes sure she's okay. She starts to talk about Urizen, and Dante tells her to stop. V comes running after Dante, but Dante responds by leaving Trish with V and riding away from V on his awesome new bike.
Awesome bike that turns into massive chainsaw blades. Awesome fight scene and bike skills.
Runs down a building on fire while carving up bat demons. Throws his sword down then runs to catch up to it.
Nevan guitar solo. Bonus for not falling for Nevan's seduction, another bonus for getting her to agree to help.
Dance moves; a tribute to a king. Nice hat and special effects. Receives enthusiastic applause and cheering from a cute bespectacled girl.
Confronts the demon god who destroyed his family. This guy destroyed Dante's brother and also killed Dante's mother, and now mocks him with a demon that looks like that mother, who the bad guy also just killed.
Makes another demon god look like a chump. Their swords slam into each other and Dante vanishes, then reapprears beside the demon with his gun pointed at his face. Charges up and blasts this demon, casually turning him to nothingness. World ending threat, and Dante doesn't even bother remembering his name.
New form and weapon, the power boost that wins the day. He stabs a sword into himself and is fine, casually references other stab wounds in the past. Absorbs both that sword and the one on his back, two legendary swords combined into one and absorbed inside himself to form a legendary new sword and form. His departure kicks up a burst of wind through the whole house. Gets between Nero and Urizen. His new sword appears, the Devil Sword Dante, and it opens up to reveal a core like lava, and summons a set of magic blades in the air around him, forming a formation around him in his new Sin Devil form. That demon is powerful enough to stomp gods and then some, and Dante is now stronger than him.
Dante slices the die. I believe this is worth several points. First, slicing a huge block of metal in half. Second, that die and game piece modelled after him control the fate of anyone in the room, and he said no to that. Third, everyone hated that dice game with a passion, literally one of the worst parts of DMC4, so Dante not only expressed what every player wanted and probably tried to do to that die, he also skipped the most hated thing in the game by doing it.
Casually catches Lady falling from the sky, saving her life. He quips about it in a way that flirts and trivializes at the same time, doesn't react when guns are pointed at his face point blank, tanks a bullet to the head, gets annoyed about it in a way that further trivializes the event, catches the next bullet in his teeth, and finally walks away casually picking the first bullet out of his forehead. Dismissively tells her to do as she pleases, further trivializing her attacks and the whole affair, and his remarks about bad luck with women while picking a bullet out of his head further proves just how meaningless the bullets were to him.
Also
Strolls into a town with an entrenched crime establishment and casually overturns their power structure, these groups included some of the most evil types of organisations imaginable, they tried to pay him off and he spat in their faces, whole gangs were squashed once they challenged him, he did so well that lots of other mercenaries and the like started following his lead, and eventually the top criminal took it upon himself to take out Dante personally. Spoiler: Dante kicked his butt.

Shrugs off bullets, trolls the big bad guy, shrugs off a shot to the head, and ultimately wins, taking down the big criminal.
Dante's awesome huge sword, summoned from nothing, his transformed awesome state, and summoning a whole bunch of swords in a threatening formation, before beating a demon king stronger than literal gods. Bonus for standing right between that demon and his nephew until Nero is carried away, and another bonus for casually snapping tendrils that were about to be used to capture Nero. Goes on to win the fight and send this demon god packing.

Saves Trish in flashy fashion. Bonus for slashing the armour that much and not harming Trish. He catches her as she falls out, saves her, and takes her to a safe place. He jokes that he took in her outfit a little too much, then makes sure she's okay. She starts to talk about Urizen, and Dante tells her to stop. V comes running after Dante, but Dante responds by leaving Trish with V and riding away from V on his awesome new bike.
Awesome bike that turns into massive chainsaw blades. Awesome fight scene and bike skills.
Runs down a building on fire while carving up bat demons. Throws his sword down then runs to catch up to it.
Nevan guitar solo. Bonus for not falling for Nevan's seduction, another bonus for getting her to agree to help.

Confronts the demon god who destroyed his family. This guy destroyed Dante's brother and also killed Dante's mother, and now mocks him with a demon that looks like that mother, who the bad guy also just killed.
Makes another demon god look like a chump. Their swords slam into each other and Dante vanishes, then reapprears beside the demon with his gun pointed at his face. Charges up and blasts this demon, casually turning him to nothingness. World ending threat, and Dante doesn't even bother remembering his name.
New form and weapon, the power boost that wins the day. He stabs a sword into himself and is fine, casually references other stab wounds in the past. Absorbs both that sword and the one on his back, two legendary swords combined into one and absorbed inside himself to form a legendary new sword and form. His departure kicks up a burst of wind through the whole house. Gets between Nero and Urizen. His new sword appears, the Devil Sword Dante, and it opens up to reveal a core like lava, and summons a set of magic blades in the air around him, forming a formation around him in his new Sin Devil form. That demon is powerful enough to stomp gods and then some, and Dante is now stronger than him.
Dante slices the die. I believe this is worth several points. First, slicing a huge block of metal in half. Second, that die and game piece modelled after him control the fate of anyone in the room, and he said no to that. Third, everyone hated that dice game with a passion, literally one of the worst parts of DMC4, so Dante not only expressed what every player wanted and probably tried to do to that die, he also skipped the most hated thing in the game by doing it.
Casually catches Lady falling from the sky, saving her life. He quips about it in a way that flirts and trivializes at the same time, doesn't react when guns are pointed at his face point blank, tanks a bullet to the head, gets annoyed about it in a way that further trivializes the event, catches the next bullet in his teeth, and finally walks away casually picking the first bullet out of his forehead. Dismissively tells her to do as she pleases, further trivializing her attacks and the whole affair, and his remarks about bad luck with women while picking a bullet out of his head further proves just how meaningless the bullets were to him.

Strolls into a town with an entrenched crime establishment and casually overturns their power structure, these groups included some of the most evil types of organisations imaginable, they tried to pay him off and he spat in their faces, whole gangs were squashed once they challenged him, he did so well that lots of other mercenaries and the like started following his lead, and eventually the top criminal took it upon himself to take out Dante personally. Spoiler: Dante kicked his butt.

The Legend of Sparda... has been inhereted by his son. The Demon Slayer, Dante! does a cool introduction and entrance, shooting demons left and right as he falls head first. Aura farms the whole way and flips at the end to land in a cool pose on his feet, as the demons he killed drop down around him. Saves the stolen item, protects the fine lady, scares her briefly when shoots a demon that was coming from behind her. He greets her with a simple "you called?" Special note for this moment, the pose, the aura.

Guy makes shaving cool. Looks at the demon as if it's a non-issue, thinks of shaving even while it's trying to kill him with giant spinning blades, and literally moves his face casually around the spinning blades to shave. Then he dodges it just as casually when it breaks through the obstruction. Bonus for trivializing the demon like this, and for making use of the demon mid-attack for his own purposes. He literally sees this giant set of high-speed blades that wants to kill him, and he thinks of it as a means of shaving, he looks at it how others look at their shaver and proceeds to use it as one.
Puts a weasel with stolen god power in his place. Unmoved both by the size of his enemy and by his boasting about his power. Laughs at being slashed open and impaled multiple times. Breaks the spikes he's impaled on and drops back to the ground still ready for battle. Calls his sword back telekinetically. Beats god level power, shames this little weasel, shrugs off multiple brutal wounds, sword locks with an enemy the size of a house, causes a climactic blast when he takes him down. Allows this guy to rant while standing over him then calls hm out for the piece of trash he is, not for his power, but for his quality as a person, or utter lack thereof. This demon tries to convince Dante to spare him and gets told "no can do". He jumps at Dante, who allows him to get his face right up to the barrel of Dante's gun before shooting with his usual declaration of "Jackpot". This guy most likely got disintegrated by that shot, like so many other demons. A god level enemy, beaten in a single strike with cool aura, then the weasel behind all this is wiped out with contempt.
Duel with swordsmen. Beats two legendary swordsmen, doesn't flinch or react at all when his neck is cut halfway through, shames Baul by cutting his armour without him noticing, watches his enemy power up and reacts by looking at him like a snack, controls the whole fight and then casually overpowers that overhead double strike. Both swords land in on the ground point first to emphasize the scene. He then predicts that Modeus will attack him, standing with his back to him, unbothered by another legendary warrior about to lunge at him. This whole battle happens in dramatic rain next to a statue of Sparda, Dante's father and the mentor of these two warriors.
Dante to the rescue. Appears and saves Patty from a demon, the background changes to signify his arrival, and he enters dramatically from the top of the stairs. Leaps across the auditorium in one jump, keeps a horde of demons away from Patty. He saves Patty, beats a whole group of demons easily, brings down the curtain, stops her from seeing it for her own good, shames the last little weasel who tried to take her and makes him run away. Chases Sid away with a wall between them and doesn't even need to go through it in any way, meaning he technically chased him off without even being in the same room.
Unmoved when the room shakes, or even when a huge ice Cerberus appears, casually blocks an ice projectile, still unmoved when it gets up in his face. Even it roaring insults and threats into his face doesn't bother him. He dismisses it as a talking mutt, references taking it to the dog show, he dodges an ice blast, and isn't bothered that the ice blast just sealed the only exit, continues to insult it via nicknaming it Fido, suggests taking it out for a walk, and claps his hands at it to drive that insult home, and calls it puppy to drive it even further home. He expresses joy at the idea of the fight, shows off some martial arts moves, the stance shift from a right-handed to a left-handed stance shows off his skills further. Note also the demon is right there and he's in no hurry to go for his weapons.
He beats this huge Cerberus. The demon submits to him, and even willingly gives him its soul as a weapon. Cue awesome set of ice nunchaku. Quick toss from one hand to the other and then more back and forth, then spins all three parts up front, multiple actual nunchaku moves, then spins it on his foot, and then cool and actually difficult pose with the nunchaku at the end. Casually dodges Lady's motorcycle, does a nice flip to dodge it. He rotates midair to face her again before landing. Addresses her casually after she almost slammed him with her bike, and mocks her rushed and reckless behaviour. Then he casually dodges an incoming missile, even standing on it like a surfboard. He rides the missile around the room, notably does several loops around the room, then jumps off it with another flip, and eventually lands casually after that, and doesn't flinch when the missile blasts the grid right above him. He doesn't flinch when Lady revs and spins her bike threateningly, still doesn't flinch when she rushes her bike at him, or even when she jumps up and the wheels narrowly miss his face. He doesn't turn to look as she goes, eventually turns to look in the direction she went and expresses that he finds this all to be fun.

The Slayer arrives in a new brand new realm for him to slaughter and conquer, this time his vicctims being a Lovecraftian inspired eldritch horror realm, with beings beyond our understanding, massive shadows of entities, tentacles being present everywhere.

Ancient structures of impossible geometry rise from the blackened seas, their surfaces pulsating with unholy runes. The skies churn with colors unknown, inhabited by titanic beings that defy comprehension. First thing that happens in the realm is him obliterating whatever entities that are present there, until we see just a puddle of blood and meat remain.

The Cosmic Baron, being one of it's mightiest beings, Slayer instantly faces it in close combat with "Into The Void" ramping up in the background just to farm more aura with metal, reducing it into mush literally within seconds of it facing the slayer. as to where he keeps it down, by stepping on it and rips it's head in half with his shield,

Uncle vs nephew round 2. Casually dodges one of Nero's demon arm punches, then the next, and catches his glowing, stonelike hand. Then he casually lets go of Nero's arm, letting him go reeling back into a wall hard enough to leave a crater. He doesn't flinch when Nero activates Devil Trigger, then he dodges that slash and casually jumps up and sits on top of the platform. Goes on to easily beat Nero's DT without any boost of his own or even taking him seriously, lets go of his sword to bait Nero into lunging only to grapple him and throw him down, even catching his sword in the same move. Nero, who up to now has been getting angrier with each passing moment while Dante maintained his cool, finally calms down and accuses Dante of playing with him. Dante doesn't deny or confirm, simply explaining the power of Nero's sword, and why it has to stay in the family, then finally he tells Nero he can keep it, a "welcome to the family" moment.
Giant fire demon may as well be a few sparks. Dante is shown sitting on a flaming tail, doing it without the demon even noticing until Dante speaks. The demon tries to shake him off and he holds on for a few seconds until he finally leaps off, spins in the air and lands smoothly. Vanishes and reappears several metres away, slamming his sword downwards on a demon in a leaping overhead strike called Helm Breaker. Swings his sword and hits multiple demons in one swing. Flourishes the heavy sword around himself and then starts thrusting the sword forwards repeatedly so fast the blade heats up red hot from friction, in a move called Million Stab, a technique of rapidly stabbing with the claymore in a way that is a more over the top version of how fencing does it with a rapier, except this sword is way heavier and harder to do it with and the stabs are way faster and more numerous. Culminates in a single hard thrust that launches the demon flying back. Flourishes the sword a little more and finishes off the demon. Shoots two pistols as fast as machine guns, shoots them more times than they should be able to be fired without reloading, and is able to juggle demons in the air with them. Has a big shotgun which he uses to shoot a demon right after dodging a spinning demon with blades around it. Rolls around a demon and shoots it from the side with that shotgun in the face. Shoots a demon behind him without looking, and poses in slow motion as he does it. Dodges a bolt of lightning, leaps upwards to avoid a huge sword coming at him at the same time, and shoots the demon from midair with the shotgun in response. Lands and dodges another swing from the demon's huge sword by rolling to the side, then dodges the follow up swing by jumping upward and back. Does a double jump using his Air Hike jumping technique to jump further back, then once again fires the shotgun at it, the spread of the shots hitting a large area. Dodges yet another swing from that huge lightning sword, then slams his own sword into the demon's sword as it swings again, parrying the giant sword and knocking it back to stagger the big demon. That's right, a huge demon with big lightning sword, and he clashed his sword into that sword and send the demon reeling back. He jumps up and fires the shotgun at it again while it's staggered.
Casually evades spinning blades, steps back and starts using Capoeira inspired kicks, side flips to the side, kicking a demon as he does, steps forward and does a back spinning kick, leaving a dramatic trail of fire behind him as he does. Jumps up and delivers a flying spinning kick, then front flips and lands an axe kick, knocking a demon over the edge of a broken building. Dodges another scythe swing with a sidestep that resembles a boxer's sidesteps. Starts delivering a brutal barrage of jabs that resembles a machine gun or a jackhammer. Dodges to one side and continues the barrage. Is shown landing a hit that causes explosions inside a demon, then lands another, then winds up and delivers a savage uppercut, jumping up after the demon. This attack is brutally powerful, and from midair he can follow up with aerial attacks.
Motorcycle with spinning chainsaw blades for wheels. Dante faces a demon with a gnarly scythe, and he whirls the blades around in a big overhead strike, wielding the heavy vehicle like a toy. The blade that serves as the wheel grinds against the demon heavily, then grinds over the ground, leaving a huge gash in the concrete. Dante brings the two pieces back together, spins dramatically around and gets on the bike all in one movement, and rides the bike straight into the demon, hopping up in a front wheelie to grind the back wheel against the demon again. He zips back, still on the back, and aims it at the demon again. He rides the demon straight into the demon, running it right over. He's then shown spinning the bike around in doughnuts, with a demon landing on it repeatedly and being bounced back into the air each time, effectively juggling it like a ball on his deadly motorcycle. Another demon is caught up in the whirlwind of blades and launched into the air. Dante is then shown hopping the bike onto a rear wheelie to shove the spinning blade front wheel into a demon's face. He grinds the blade on the demon for a few seconds, then rams right through it, landing on the other side and whipping back to prop the bike back up onto the front wheel to shove the back wheel onto another demon, once again revving and spinning the blades on the demon. He finishes this by spinning the bike around as he moves away. He's then shown slamming the bike straight into a demon, collecting it and once again revving and grinding blades against it.

Lady is introduced by her leg scar first, and is shown dodging backwards to fight an attacking demon. Cut back to Dante who faces a giant glowing spider which is known to be full of lava. He flourishes his guns and shoots another demon in the face at point blank range, not flinching when its blood flies all over his face, then flourishes his huge sword, holds it out in a nice display and then swings it upwards to smash that lava spider, carving up the floor in the process. The demon that was attacking Lady drops down dead, with Lady standing over it on a raised platform looking like a warrior standing to declare her victory. She and Trish seem to be watching as Dante emerges from fire, likely caused when he smashed those spiders, with his sword resting over his shoulders, and as the credits come to a close he starts to charge once again.

The testaments of the Slayer were produced by the Demons of Hell itself, it reads like a biblical level prophecy for them to never awaken what lies asleep, the only being capable of making Hell, the mightiest realm in existence fear him, and only him.
Imagine having so much aura, to the point of being introduced like this by YOUR archenemy, instead of your allies.
The Slayer's Testaments
In the first age, in the first battle, when the shadows first lengthened.

Burned by the embers of Armageddon, his soul blistered by the fires of Hell and tainted beyond ascension,

In his ravenous hatred he found no peace; and with boiling blood he scoured the Umbral Plains seeking vengeance against the dark lords who had wronged him. He wore the crown of the Night Sentinels, and those that tasted the bite of his sword named him...
the Doom Slayer.
Tempered by the fires of Hell, his iron will remained steadfast through the passage that preys upon the weak. For
he alone was the Hell Walker, the Unchained Predator,
who sought retribution in all quarters, dark and light, fire and ice, in the beginning and the end, and
he hunted the slaves of Doom with barbarous cruelty;
for he passed through the divide as none but demon had before.
And in his conquest against the blackened souls of the doomed, his prowess was shown. In his crusade, the seraphim bestowed upon him terrible power and speed, and with his might he crushed the obsidian pillars of the Blood Temples. He set forth without pity upon the beasts of the nine circles.

He strode upon the plain and faced the Doom Slayer, and a mighty battle was fought on the desolate plains. The Titan fought with the fury of the countless that had fallen at the Doom Slayer's hand,
but there fell the Titan, and in his defeat the shadow horde were routed.
And in his terrible rancor between worlds and through time, the Hell Walker found the wretch who shall not be named, but in his heresy was loyal to his evil cause. The wretch adorned the Doom Slayer in a mighty armor, wrought in the forges of Hell, impenetrable and unyielding. With sword and shield of adamantine strength, the Doom Slayer set to banishing all that were left unbroken by his savagery to the void.
Yet as the mighty Titan fell and dread engulfed the armies of Doom, the demon priests of the Blood Temples laid a trap to capture this scourge of Hell. Insatiable, even by the vanquishing of the Great One, the Hell Walker sought prey in the tombs of the Blood Keep. And blinded by his fervor, the lure drew him in. The priests brought down the temple upon the Doom Slayer, and in his defeat entombed him in the cursed sarcophagus.
The mark of the Doom Slayer was burned upon his crypt, a warning to all of Hell that the terror within must never be freed.
There he lies still, and ever more, in silent suffering.

Doomguy Origins
Before he was the Doomslayer, Doomguy was already considered as a superhuman, ripping demons apart with his bare hands.
People don't realize he was already a unit before he became a God through the Divinity machine, it simply unlocked further what was already there.
It granted his absolute rage strength, in a similar way to the Hulk, amplifying him the angrier he gets.
In the original story, he gets sent to Mars because he assaulted his commanding officer. The reason for it was because the guy ordered his squad to fire on civilians. Doomguy refused, beat him badly enough that he got shipped off in a body cast, and got transferred to Mars for it. So even before demons are involved, you already get the core of his character. Violent as hell, but with compassion for fellow humans . He would rather ruin his own career than follow an order like that.
Then the UAC experiments on Phobos and Deimos go wrong, Hell breaks through, and his squad gets wiped out. Doomguy is left behind as the only one still alive. No Slayer powers, no Sentinel training, no divine amp, nothing. Just a marine with basic weapons, fighting through Phobos, Deimos, and eventually Hell itself.
Then after the events of the first game, he finally gets back to Earth, only to find out Hell got there too. The classic ending makes it clear that Earth is the next target, and Daisy is there too, we now see that Daisy, who was thought to be a pet rabbit at that time has been retconned into being the plushy of his child in DOOM The Dark Ages. His possible wife is shown too, most likely killed by Demons which explains his utter rage and hatrex towards Hell, and his absolutely relentless nature to wipe their kind from existence.
The beginning of him turning into the Slayer is DOOM 64.
"You're a marine one of Earth's best recently assigned to the Union Aerospace Corporation (UAC) research facility on Mars. When an experiment malfunctions and creates a portal to Hell, the base is overrun by blood-thirsty demons. You must shoot your way out to survive"

After beating the Mother Demon, he decides to stay in Hell so no demon ever rises again. it's probably one of the most important parts of his entire character. He's still just a human at this point, but willingly chooses to lock himself up in an endless war with all of Hell in order to destroy their kind and protect Earth, so it can't be invaded again.

"No one can get in or out" basically means, the Slayer isn't stuck with the demons, the demon are stuck in there with him.
Ahh, the flail, the perfect weapon in order to bash the skulls in of demonking, marked with special runes that enhances it's destructive power.
He goes beyond the gates of the stronghold, as a one man army, all of the sentinels remain inside, while he goes to take care of the enemy forces himself.
You can see the massive demon Hell carriers in the background, prepared to unleash Hell.

The sentinel soldiers run away, terrified from a Titan class demon being spawned (a 300 foot tall immortal being), he squashes them like insects with their guns doing absolutely nothing to it.
The same titan then proceeds to defeat an Atlan (a huge ass mech, of similar size) and ragdolls it into the city's barrier, breaking it in a single hit.
Thyra ends up reporting to the Slayer that the barrier is down, and that the walls are taking heavy damage, and requests the slayer to defend the courtyard and the gates.
Gets hold of a massive ass twin gun machine turret, which he uses to slaughter dozens of demons around him.
In the meantime, we can see the huge titan that's smashing the gate in, and finally breaks through with his last hit, marching towards the Slayers position.
Shreds the same Titan to pieces, with the empowered turret, ripping it's flesh off to the bone, and ends up laying it to the rest near the main gate
A sea of blood can be seen beneath the Slayer's feet full of pieces of demons that are left over, due to all the carnage that just took place, along with the giant corpse of the titan laying against the gates.
Obliterates a unit of demons, with the chainshot, and the chieldsaw, along with the OST ramping up in the background just to make that adrenaline and feeling of badassery to kick in even harder.
Proceeds to tank Hell knights rushing at him in close melee combat, and pumps the super shotgun in their face, ripping them off their armor and flesh.

The Sentinels cry for the Slayer's help again, because King Novik is getting his ass whooped by prince Ahzrak.
King Novik is seen beaten to the ground, lost in 1vs1 combat against Ahzrak, with the latter seemingly haven taken 0 damage from their encounter.

And tells him about Ahzrak's plans, of him wanting to acquire the Heart of Argent, and the power of the Wraiths which are essentialy Gods that descended from the Cosmic realm. Proceeds with the claim that Ahzrak might become even stronger than him with it.

Ahzrak and the Kreed return, and attack the Sentinels, with Ahzrak acting like an Alpha, implying that he killed the slayer (he couldn't, only thing he could do was imprison him) bro is larping. Although Ahzrak is now empowered by an eldritch wraith god.
They imprisoned Doomslayer in the Cosmic realms with the power of three Old One gods, holding him there in a barrier.

The Old Ones imprisoning him
He attempts to break free, by smashing against the barrier, which seems futile, looks towards the tether which is a last resort weapon created by the Maykrs as an attempt to control the Slayer in case they ever had to, or if he ever lost control. Just touching the tether is strong enough to affect The Old Ones.
Decides to use his full strength in order to pull it out, despite it being a bomb made by a transcendent higher dimensional race, and being warned about it before just doesn't give the slightest ****.
He pulls it out, the tether detonates, and the explosion is powerful enough to destroy the barrier maintained by three Old Ones, and manages to blast all three of them away, with the platform itself also breaking.
Slayer falls into Cosmic acid, and we hear his heart beating slower and slower until it actually stops and he dies. (I know he dies, but the parts that's next is aura.)
The Slayer awakens his dormant power, with the mark of the beast appearing upon his death, with his actual power being his rage.

Not even death itself is capable of stopping the Slayer's relentless conquest, he's literally too angry to die and the give is a homage to the DOOM 2016, where he grabs a demon, and crushes it's skull with his bare hand, like a tomato.
Now having to fight through the Harbor Of Souls, in order to get back to the Sentinel homeworld in order to keep fighting.
"In the darkest depths of the first layer of Hell, the Harbor of Souls channels the dammed forward to their eternal torment, Here they are ordained by their sins, their fates sealed in the infernal fires of purgatory. Rivers of tormented souls swirl through the jagged, calcified landscape while others wander lost in the halls of despair. The dammed are herded like cattle onto the river barge, where the ferryman delivers them to their destined layer of Hell."
The only thing he does throughout the entire franchise is stomp anything he comes across, whether alive, or in death.

Unphased and unfaltering with only the objective to singlehandedly slaughter the entire Horde of Demons by himself.
Striking an auraful pose, just for the sake of farming aura.
Hell sends these Demons like lambs to a slaughter, knowing that there won't be much left of them, outside of pasturized meat.
Imagine being forced and sent into certain death into a being that's described as a mythical entity, and is referred to by your own species as "The Beast".
The Slayer is dwarfed in size by most of the Demons, with some of them being so huge that they should be able to swat him to the side like an insect.
Size is irrelevant to the Slayer, the taller you are the harder they fall as they say.

The Saviour, an enormous flying Demonic statue worshipped as a god to many, floating at 150 metres tall, harbouring Interdimensional realms inside it with a millenia of demonic matter and spirit.

The Kreed after betraying the Slayer, and trying to get him killed instantly surrendered during the final demon invasion,
He attempts to feel knowing that the Slayer has returned from the Cosmic realm, and is still alive and well.
The Sentinels say that the Kreed's fate is for him to decide.
Fights against the the Kreed's ship, destroys all of it's defenses. Dodging and weaving through it's attacks.
Maykrs drones attempt to stop his advance, with the alarm of the ship going off in the background, due to the impeding invasion of the Slayer.
Kreed Maykr, a newly appointed Bishop of the Ministry, holds the critical responsibility of overseeing the steady flow of Sentinel Energy to the Maykr homeworld. Even as the specter of war looms ever larger he has been commanded to remain steadfast at his post, ensuring that the transmission of this lifegiving energy remains uninterrupted.
By decree of the Maykr Council, the Slayer has been placed under the temporary charge of the Kreed, a blade to be wielded in the war against Hell and a shield to safeguard their dominion in the district."
The Kreed pleads to Ahzrak, while actively being worried for his safety, begging him for help.
Stating that he can still be of service to him.
With the Slayer arriving at his doorsteps, opening the gate and walking through.
Their battle begins, with the Slayer being pissed off at the betrayal of the Maykrs, wanting his revenge.
Divine retribution plays in the background, as the slayer continues to hammer the Maykr into the ground.
Another badass theme that perfectly matches the battle, and Doomslayer.
There's literally no theme for other beings, it's just the Slayer that's the Boss, coming inevitable destruction.
"I only did what was asked of me" the Kreed pleads to the Slayer in an attempt to make him stop, he doesn't care in the slightest.
The Bishop is bloodied up from the battle with him getting punched in the face, bones / metal crunching as he's hit by his fists.
A minute after the fight starts, the Kreed is an absolute mess, stunned as to which the Slayer spartan kicks him through the glass, causing phase 2 to activate.
Kreed falls down, with the Slayer jumping right next to him, Impending DOOM.
The only thing he's capable of doing is to continue begging and pleading for him to stop his savagery.
"Im worth more to you alive than dead" while he's crawling backwards pathetically in fear.
Slayer marches forward, with his battle scars being clearly visible, fur cape and heavy footsteps.
Kreed proceeds to attempt tactics in order to make him stop, promising to bring him Prince Ahzrak.
He doesn't care because he knows Ahzrak's fate was decided as soon as he tried to **** with him. Walking forwards with absolute confidence shotgun in his hand, and rainfall in the background.
Phase 3 of their battle engages, as last ditch attempt.
Eeach time Kreed gets hit, you can see a part of him being ripped off, a piece of flesh being shredded.
Hits him with another haymaker straight to his jaw, staggering him, with the groans of pain followed afterwards.
Knocks him the **** out with the infinitely dense dreadmace,
Kreed attempts to crawl away like a worm, full on panic mode with the Slayer calmly walking up to his prey.
Grabs him by his body, and drags him back
"Wait Wait" the Kreed pleads, with the Slayer being impatient, instantly grabbing his shield saw in order to decapitate him.
Doesn't even say a single word throughout the entire fight.
Just pure action.
"Thira... Ahzrak is keeping her alive on his ship" Bro tries to give information free, hoping that it'll be enough for the Slayer to spare him, not knowing just how vengeful he actually is.
"If she dies his power would die with her" "I can take you to her" Bro made the mistake of threatening him with the death of his allies, unbeknowing that he just pissed him off more. The Slayer was simply waiting for him to continue flapping his gums, giving away all information he needed before killing him.
His Shieldsaw starts revving, with the Kreed being visually terrified upon hearing it.
All of his little semantics, begging, pleading, giving away all his information did absolutely nothing, the inevitable still came.
Cuts him straight in half, with him screaming in pain
Walks away without a single word, just hearing his footsteps as he moves onto his next objective while farming aura.

Dante, never seen using a Katana by Trish, a demon who knows him very well, picks up Yamato, a sword in the wrong hands that can cut through the very fabric of space time with a single shard.
