So, potentially foolish question, but when tiering reality warpers for AP reasons how do we actually scale the extent of their ability? I would imagine that in those cases where they say enact changes in the matter on a large scale we just derive AP from those sources and just leave...

It's not actually a resistance to male characters, it's more so that Glorfidnel saw the future and he knew he would die to a women, he doesn't have some sort of magical protection exclusively against males, its simply that he was destined to Die to Eowyn
