    Luffy cant deflect energy-based attack but if its DT Yusuke's Reigan he can surely survived from it. Blocking it with gear 3rd could be a good idea as well.

    Katakuri mid-diff. he's basically superior to preskip blackbeard in all aspects. One clean hit from large-sized power mochi or buzz cut mochi could be fatal. Blackbeard might have superior AoE via dark matter technique but i'm sure Katakuri could handle that via copying Luffy's elephant gatling...

    Individual biscuit soldiers have small country level durability and Cracker can made large amount of them instantly. Cracker sure could contend Naruto for a very long time but i dont see him winning.
