    Cole Macgrath(Good Karma) VS King Ghidorah(Legendary)

    Ghidorah is low 6-B possibly higher via absorbing electricity, he's like high 6-A with enviromental destruction and storms if I recall correctly, Cole's high 6-C but I think he's got hax to even things up. if this is too stompy I can make it RFI empowered cole.

    Emps is (Arguably) stronger than like 4 1-A characters Prescence is stronger than a plethora of 1-A characters in DC, this seems kinda stompy to me personally
