    I'd think that Hatou should also have a 10-A tier as that's her physical Striking Strength, but that'd be up to DT as I'm not into that verse. Anyways, with the tier being the qualifier for a given list over necessarily being physically that tier as well... Yogiri would now qualify for a spot...
