    SSJ3 is signifigantly higher on the power drain, and if Cell could hold his own or ever not die for more that 5 minutes (and Gotenks does have a dramatic flair) and then Cell wins. 30 minutes gives Gotenks and Cell a more even paying field.

    Xeno Goku dose NOT have Hakai, right? I think that's just manga Goku, but if he does, than I think that would be Goku, because the Hakai has been show to destroy incorporeals before.

    But we saw BKK x20 Goku go up aginst Fusion Zamasu and damage him, right? (Can't find the source, sorry) Both Goku and Vegeta consistently got steonger throughout the arc, and have still grow since then. Kefla was able to beat a signifigantly stronger BKK Goku innthe TOP, therefore Kefla wins.
