    Everyone that is capable of some form of space travel should be immune to cosmic rays, but I've seen some vs threads with Cosmic Garou against other characters with the ability, and users bringing up his radiation as win con.

    My point is, those humans survived for a long time and they had no resistance to it like goku has to radiation manipulation. It doesn't matter if Blast redirect some of it, they were still in his presence for so long. Now compared to Goku who already has some for of radiation manipulation...

    Where do you get those numbers? How do you compare? We know the blutz waves radiate 17 million zenon rays(or whatever it is called) how do you conclude that it's equal to 400mVs? A better way to calculate would be to find out what celestial bodies(moon) radiate.

    Garou radiation is the basic cosmic radiation that is known, at least according to the manga. Which means that Goku already has been exposed to cosmic rays already by default, especially if he fights Beerus and other villains in the upper stratosphere

    Zoom cant hurt Beerus, and beerus sure as hell can't touch Zoom Inconclusive or we allow beerus to destroy the planet in the process. Zoom cant survive in space, as far as I'm concerned
