    Reborn Speeds...

    For that levi dodging lightning feat I just found a post where he summoned lightning in chapter 97 vs lambo and dodged it afterwards. Though Tsuna is still MHS since for example he fought on par with daemon spade which was calc'd to be MHS.

    A) Is Mukuro even on this site? Can't find him. B) I think Hibari should be put to 7-C, I'm not sure what Mukuro is since I can't find him, but I imagine it's fine if he has a low Tier, as he revolves around illusions which you can't quantify all that much, he basically revolves around hax.

    But could it at least be changed it for when he was human, he was clearly stated to be stronger than Arba, even if you downplayed her power a lot from back then, it would still be nice to at least give such an important character (in the magi verse) a tier.

    Raging demon would essentially kill his soul if he if they do not empty it of all negative feelings, if Meliodas has knowledge of this, he could restrain all emotions and anger (as he neded to get his full power back), but otherwise I assume Ryu would kill Meliodas quite easily then.

    I'm a fan of KHR, and I agree that Hibari should be higher than Gokudera. Though Gokudera and other guardians progress quickly, Hibari is still one of the strongest members and he had attacks that should place him higher anyways.     I imagine Mel would win. In pure strength I think Meliodas can overpower Ryu (unless Ryu has some sort of hax I'm unaware of). Especially if bloodlusted and Meliodas goes into full Demon Rage mode in which he destroyed Danafor.

    I love League but all the LoL characters seem upscaled for stupid reasons. I was looking at Jax and he's Relativistic or FTL because he can dodge Lux's final spark which is a light beam, but the beam gives off a warning laser beforehand giving time to dodge. Similar to how someone like Tsuna...
