    Boboiboy are powerful than we think.

    Thunderstorm is supposedly 31.25% faster than Ying and Ying is Mach 4318 at low end and 1.7% lightspeed at high end . So base on that thunderstorm is Mach 5667 at low end and 2.23% lightspeed at high end. Solar is probably lightspeed.

    In a fight where he was confronted head on. If his opponent sneak on him like how Ford and Dipper sneak up on him then he won't see it coming. He knows lot of thing but not everything.

    "Doesn't Bill exist in a state of quantum uncertainty?" why do you think the weapon is named "quantum destablizer"? It destablize Bill's quantum state which force him to collapse from a superpostion into some state. Ford specifically designed this weapon to kill him so of course it would work...

    Yeah, come to think of it he could do that Bill is not all knowing, Ford and Dipper almost killed him by just sneaking up on him. If you just sneak up on Bill, he wouldn't see you coming and then you just fire the weapon and kill him.

    He only lost because he missed Bill which was pure unlucky and random chance. There's no way this can happen twice.

    Ford didn't know what was his weakness too before he built the QD. But after using his intellect and years of research on Bill he finally figure out how to defeat him. Ford start from scratch too but he figured it out eventually. Info on Bill isn't all that hard to find for these characters...
