    It's not that Tier 8 is an outlier It's that the Low-Mid tier RWBY characters never had any remotely impressive feats on their own that would warrant them to scale to the MCB+ feats to the God Tiers of RWBY like the Maidens, Ozpin, and Raven... A lot of the times when the Low-Mid tier...

    It has nothing to do with outlier talk or anything The highiest that RWBY has ever gotten was 8-B in the case of Low-Mid Tiers characters--- Any higher then that is a miscalc on the OP's part due to unrealistic timeframe and distance. Also the MCB-MCB+ feats would only scale to the god tiers...
