    He can freeze her and just shatter it. I'm not sure if she can heal from being shattered

    Yeah kind of but if The world is FTL he can make it to space and punch her.

    That's true but two things can go down one is that she most likely won't go to space because she likes to dominate her opponents and the second one is that if he can use The world and stop time he can get The Word to carry him to space or he can just send The world to punch her into the sun

    Actually a maximum of 11 seconds and if he drinks the blood of a powerful person it increases his time and it's stated that he his range is all the way into space
