    Im not sure about the specific thread but it was around when he first got the key before the calc was 8-A. Raiden was large building level+ and liu was city block level for being a fusion.

    So i got bored and looked through the mk profiles and realised most of these characters are outdated in their ap section, mainly small building level characters still having their old large building level ratings and even some small country even though the wiki axed them iirc. So imma fix that...
