    Hit does not stop time in a way that he creates a dimension where the time of outside world is stopped.It is not that Hit is directly stopping time.He stores time only to create the parallel world.Whis and Vados can actually reverse time without using parallel worlds which is probably why Vados...

    That would be impossible since time is stopped and during that time Goku cannot spread his ki.What I saw Goku spread his Chi first and then Hit spread his pocket dimension but it was destroyed by Goku's energy.

    The reason Hit pocket world was destroyed because he created it inside Goku's aura which he was not doing before.It was Goku who powered up first and that huge amount of leaking power destroyed that parallel world.

    Hit made a dumb move in the end.He made his parallel world inside Goku aura which destroys that world.He is probably not taking it seriously anymore in the end.This makes me believe that Vegeta probably blows up planet size time chamber.

    This also explains why Goku moves in Time Skip.By leaking the huge amount of Ki from his body during the tournament and in this episodes he was able to damage the parallel world created by hit which allows him to move.

    Hit time skip looks like it is limited to his sphere so if he don't encircle Goku then Goku probably cannot negate it and Hit cannot punch him either.I think his intangibility has something to do with this.
