    Wasn't Goku suppressed when he fought Kale? Because as an SSB he was at least able to make Jiren fight. Kale got one shotted by Jiren easily. I don't think Kale is Universal or even Caulifla. I think Goku was just toying around.

    Not saying he's light speed in movement but maybe FTL reactions and more credence to this is that Madara's Jutsu is actually a stream of light. It is storm release mixed with natural energy. An example of this is Sasuke's Kirin. It is actual lightning from the clouds.

    Trafalgar Law vs Natsu Dragneel

    Law wins. Room has a wide range. Even if he didn't have distance, Law is a proficient swordsman and has seen to be quite evasive in his fights and has techniques like gamma knife at his disposal. I don't see why he shouldn't win.
