Well, Owl already scales according to the profile. Not sure why Lady Butterfly would scale though. Wolf defeated her 3 years ago, and managed to defeat her again in the memory early on.
Father Owl is the strongest version of Owl though. Well, he was still in his prime evidently.

If it's any consolation, I've found the canon comics and novels covering the ROTE era and Rebellion era to be quite good so far.
Havel's armor is often considered to be one of the most durable sets of equipment within the lore of the trilogy, and one of his "divine heirlooms" is an everlasting dragon tooth.
Tarkus's equipment doesn't possess the same level of merit and recognition.
Havel seemingly has far more experience, better equipment and happens to possess more accolades.
Besides defeating the Iron Golem, Tarkus doesn't possess a rich enough historical background to warrant someone producing any worthwhile argument in his defense.
