    Those are nerfed version's of sasuke and gaara. He might scale to gaara tiers or above though narratively.(who knows?) Urashiki has an ability where his fish hook can take most of your chakra/abilities, he used it against gaara and sasuke. Plus portals are a massive drain on sasuke.

    Nah urashiki doesn't scale to the godtier naruto chars or top tiers. He ain't special either as he need to run to the past to attempt to kill kid naruto since he stood no chance against older version's of Naruto. Travel speed is not Combat speed as well.

    I do agree plus we don't really know what chaos created in totality(single intention), since it was stated he was born among the stars in an already existing Universe. so maybe it created other stuffs(without including races). Edit: still agree with it being universal at least though.

    Now that i think about it, doesn't Boruto using uzuhiko in the kara-dimension indicate that the Kara dimension is at least a solar system sized dimension, as uzuhiko requires both rotational and orbital forces?

    Pretty sure the narrative paints lancelot as the strongest. During the fight against cath meli admitted ban was probably stronger than him. There is a vision from guinevere where lancelot might even end up killing Ban. The escanor stuff is still developing so you just rushing it.
