    Ugh this isnt useless. It's a travel speed feat. He propels himself at this speed similar to when Enel prolled himself at Luffy at lighting speed. So this is quite neccesary.

    This calc that was accepted put Fujitora's meteors at just under mach 2k Law was able to not onyl react to but cut it making him faster than a nearly mach 2k meteor. Luffy(base) and Law are very close in speed. http://www.narutoforums.com/blog.php?b=22542

    The calc was 1.4 - 4 GT. So you should put around small island to small island+ and either way Luffy's durability in G4 would logically be around island level. No reason for his base dura to be even comparable to G4
